This montage project was a little complicated, but the good part was that I learned a lot of new things on editing pictures. There were a couple of times I tried new things to see what would happen and it would ruin my montage so I had to start it all over. Some of those times it made my montage even better, so it was a good experience to take risk. Therefore, the first montage wasn’t so good but then I was learning little by little, the second montage was a little better and the third was my favorite. On the third montage I had a lot of ideas I put a lot of things on it then I took some off to try to make it look as good as I possibly could.
In this montage I told a story about the meaning of music. Michael Jackson was a good dancer and singer that’s why I picked him to be the main point in my montage. The smoke around him was a little complicated because I had to clean it up with a layer mask and I also had to duplicate it 3 times to put it on the sides and on top of him. I did this because the smoke on the sides only, didn’t look very good. The iPods dripping are for the meaning of music. I also had to clean those up carefully with layer mask, to clean the iPods up was a little complicated because I had to zoom in and get the little details that caused my montage to look unorganized. The signature at the bottom of the picture was to make it look a little more professional. I had to cut it out and change it color because it was black. In this montage I learned a lot of new things on how to edit pictures and how to make them look better.
